Miscellaneous:
Rainwater harvesting will be provided as per BBMP /BDA norms at a nominal cost.

Water for construction:
The required amount of Water for the construction of the project should be provided by the Client.
Water supply for construction Based on no. of tankers procured as per actuals.
Road cutting for electrical and water connections will be an additional charge as per actuals
Borewell:
Borewell is not included in the package.
Rock Breaking:
Hard rock/soft rock excavation drilling expenses if required. – If Rock is found in the foundation
Interior :
"Interior design will be as per agreed upon sizes/materials as mentioned in separate contract exclusively for interiors."
Kitchen trolleys, wardrobes, or any furniture item, pop works, etc.
Miscellaneous:
Rainwater harvesting will be provided as per BBMP /BDA norms at a nominal cost.
Transportation of excavated earth is included near the construction site.
Backfilling shall be done using excavated soil only. Backfilling using burrowed earth shall be charged for material and transportation charged as per actuals.
Soil testing will be done by us prior to commencement of construction and any new findings that arise from it and additional civil works to be taken on consequently will be additional in work scope & costs – If found SBC is less, Loose soil, etc.
Considering site & road level to be equal, if the ground level needs to be raised above 12” for car parking and 18" above for building, it shall be charged accordingly as per actuals
